Whether you choose to join a boot camp, Pilates or a HIIT class this is total body training, with new routines every week to challenge and encourage you to push harder and get stronger! If you just want to drop in when suits, we have a pay as you go scheme, just book your place for the day you want to come along, or get a discounted rate for block booking.
Boot camp is an outdoor class which operates in all weather and every week is different. We use a combination of cardio work, weights and body weight exercises, all exercises are timed rather than number based so you can work at your own pace and rest when you need to. This class is great fun and is the perfect way to lose weight, tone up and make friends.
HIIT Training involves short bursts of intense exercise followed by short periods of rest and is a highly effective way of training. The class is only half an hour and you will get a full body workout and burn as many calories as you would in a normal one-hour workout and the added bonus of HIIT training is that you continue to burn calories at a higher level than normal for hours after you finish!
Pilates has become one of the most popular ways to get fit and strong. Regular Pilates can improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility as well as relieve stress and tension and strengthen the back. Pilates complements other training by developing whole body strength and flexibility and helps to reduce the risk of injury, as well as aiding recovery.
In all the classes, you are encouraged to work at a level you feel comfortable, while still pushing yourself to get the benefits. If there is anything you are struggling with, or feel you cannot do there will also be lower impact, lower intensity options. And for those of you that really want to push yourselves, higher intensity options will be available too! So whatever your fitness level you can feel comfortable that all classes will cater for you.

- Boot Camp – £6 per session with PAYGO £30 6-week course
- HIIT – £5 per session with PAYGO
- Pilates – £7.50 for trial session £45 6-week course
- One to One Pilates – £210 for a 6-week course (1hr per week)
