Whether you choose to join a boot camp, circuits class or a HIIT class this is total body training, with new routines every week to challenge and encourage you to push harder and get stronger!  If you just want to drop in when suits, we have a pay as you go scheme, just book your place for the day you want to come along, or get a discounted rate for block booking.

NEW! HIIT Training involves short bursts of intense exercise followed by short periods of rest and is a highly effective way of training. The class is only half an hour and you will get a full body workout and burn as many calories as you would in a normal one-hour workout and the added bonus of HIIT training is that you continue to burn calories at a higher level than normal for hours after you finish!

HIIT training is very much relative to you so you push yourself as hard as you feel comfortable and can work at your own pace.

All prices are below.  If you are one of my personal training clients with a bronze, silver or gold package, you can come along to any class for free!
