I can genuinely say I look forward to your classes. If I’ve had a bad day, feeling tired & grumpy they are a good mood restorer….I ALWAYS feel better after.  I love your face to face classes and working out with others who are so supportive and encouraging but your online classes have been excellent too.  I can fit them in around other commitments but it still feels like I’m working out with you. You give the guidance needed on technique and the motivation to work at my level but continue to push myself. Feeling fitter and healthier is an added bonus.  Thank You xx
